Our Medical Social Workers assist the patients as well as their family members in securing community resources or treatment services available in their area. They also provide counseling services in the event of the following:

• family member gets diagnosed with a terminal disease
• psychological stresses brought by the disease process
• trauma after experiencing a severe injury or an accident
• a loved one's death
• assistance with making funeral arrangements
