Our story

Our Story

Crown Health Care Services, Inc. is a licensed Private Home Care and Personal Care Home/Assisted Living provider, regulated by the State of Georgia through the Office of Regulatory Services, Department of Human Resources. Our operations, records, and care practices are reviewed annually to ensure full compliance and the highest standards of service.

We exist to serve individuals who are homebound but do not require institutional care. Many of our clients are transitioning home after hospitalization and need additional support to recover safely and comfortably at a pace recommended by their physician. By delivering professional healthcare services directly to the home, we allow our clients to heal in a familiar, dignified environment.

In addition to in-home care, we also provide services within nursing facilities and assisted living homes. Our multidisciplinary approach includes registered nurses, physical and occupational therapists, social service workers, and other healthcare professionals as prescribed by a physician.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care while ensuring continuity and consistency in every service we deliver. All care is provided under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are committed to supporting clients and families through a wide range of personalized services, including nursing care coordination, medication management, personal care assistance, companionship, homemaker services, respite care, transportation, and support within personal care and assisted living settings. Every service is delivered with professionalism, respect, and attention to individual needs.
